WHY HABITS DIE
You don't fail because you lack discipline.
You fail because you've stopped trusting yourself.
You say "starting Monday" and don't. Something quiet breaks.Eventually you stop believing your own commitments. The damage isn't the missed routine. It's the slow erosion of self-trust.
84Tree is built to rebuild that trust.
Visibly. One day at a time.
The practice
One sheet of paper.
84 fruits. One per day.
Choose one practice. Color a fruit each day you show up.
Skip a day, the fruit stays unripe. No streak. No shame.
After 84 days, the tree shows your real rhythm — patterns, gaps, proof.

Questions
Before you begin.
What if I miss days?
The fruit stays empty and you keep going. No streak to break. No shame to carry. Missed days are not failure — they are the most honest part of the tree.
What practice can I track?
Anything you'll honor. Drawing, reading, writing, training, meditating, walking. Five minutes counts. Three pushups count. Start smaller than feels meaningful — the practice you actually do beats the one you wish you would.
Do I need to start on Monday?
No. Start on any day you choose. The tree doesn't know what day it is. Waiting for Monday is exactly the pattern this practice is built to dissolve.
Is this digital or printable?
Printable. One page. You print it at home, hang it where you'll see it, and color one fruit by hand each day. No app, no login, no notifications. That's the whole point.
Why 84 days?
12 weeks. Long enough that you can't fake it. Short enough that a real human can finish it. And it's a beautiful number on a tree — three branches × four sub-branches × seven fruits each.
If you scrolled this far, the tree is probably for you.
